13. Farm machines or combinations of farm vehicles do not need to be equipped with strips of retroreflective material or flashing amber warning lamps that conform to the standards set out in section 2 and published by the designated standardizing bodies if they were equipped with strips or lamps that provide equivalent visibility before the coming into force of this Regulation (2013-12-01).
